Is it free to use?
Yes, the basic usage of the service is free, forever. However, there may be premium or paid plans available with additional features.

What types of form fields are supported?
Crunchforms currently supports common form field types such as text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown menus. We plan to add options for file uploads in the near future.
Can I receive email notifications for form submissions?
Yes, you do have the option to receive email notifications whenever someone submits a form.
Crunchforms aims to keep you inbox clean by focusing on using push notifications and daily summary emails, keeping your submissions organized in the Crunchforms dashboard. However, you can opt to receive email notifications for each submission
Where are my submissions stored?
Your form submissions are securely stored in the cloud and available to you through the Crunchforms dashboard. You can export your submissions at any time.
How secure is the service in terms of data privacy and protection?
Crunchforms prioritize data privacy and protection, implementing security measures such as encryption and secure transmission protocols.

Can I request a change or new feature?

Can have team members manage my forms?
Adding other users to your form is on our roadmap for development! In the meantime, you can add additional email addresses to receive notifications.
Can I set a form notification to go to one of my customer's email addresses?
You can add additional email addresses to receive notifications (depending on your plan), as long as they can be verified.
After you add a new email address, they will receive an email with a link to verify the email address can receive notifications from your account.

What happens if I go over my submission limit?
If you go over your submission limit, your form will continue to receive submissions up to a certain volume while you are notified of the overage. You can upgrade you plan to increase your submission limit.
